YogaFit Releases DVD That Gets Owners and Pets in Shape
Today, Beth Shaw’s YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide, the largest yoga school in North America, is proud to announce the release of the FURociously Fit DVD and CD line. Understanding the important relationship between pets and their owners, Shaw carefully designed FURociously Fit to teach both humans and animals the 20/30/40 walking and yoga program.
Shaw believes the strong bond an owner develops with their pet is a special type of friendship. With dogs specifically, a person receives unconditional love and friendship that rewards not only their soul, but the people around us as well. Bringing a dog along to exercise is something good for everyone. Getting in shape together with a pet decreases health risks and increase the chance of living happy, longer lives. Whether one is out walking a dog or volunteer to walk another dog, the social connections alone are great reasons to get out and walk.
The FURociously Fit 20/30/40 DVD and CD offers stretching before and after a walk, core work and upper body work to stay balanced, as well as a relaxation segment. Whether one walks a dog or not, this unique program help them get in shape, lose weight, and keep it off!
The 20/30/40 system refers to a 20-minute walk in the morning, 30 minutes at noon and 40 minutes in the evening for the best dog health. Also included in the DVD is the segment Dog Health Tips with Dr. Alice Villalobos, a well-known pioneer in the field of cancer care for companion animals and a founding member of the Veterinary Cancer Society.

Training your dog means that you are teaching your dog the basic rules and things that should be expected by you. These can include the common rules such as not peeing in the house, walking closely on the lead, and listening to commands when they are spoken. This is something that virtually all owned dogs deal with, and you will be hard pressed today to find an owned dog that has not had some form of training. These common guidelines are what make the dog special in the field of family pets, in that they rely on us for so much yet are intelligent enough to understand what we want from them.
Works Both Ways
When it comes to training your dog, this is something that basically works both ways. You will relay to the dog what it is you expect of them, and this will give you the chance to understand what your dog understands. This is a bond, and with dedication and work, you could find that this relationship will be one of your fondest. Dogs are amazing animals and they show just how smart they are each and every day. Using the power of their intelligence, you should be able to show them that they can follow your rules and be productive as a family pet. You will enjoy your dog far more, if you take the time to ensure that it is trained. There will be far less conflicts between dog and owner, and you will be enjoying them more than reprimanding them.
For The Family
Training your dog is as much for the dog, as it is for the whole family. Dogs are an animal that mingles within a family setting quite well today, and if your dog is not behaving due to a lack of training it will bring the whole family to a standstill. No one wants to get rid of the family dog, but if the dog is simply not behaving there is often no other alternative. This is why training is so important, as it teaches the family dog exactly what is expected of them and how they should behave. Without training, the family dog could actually cause quite a few problems in the home and this would not be enjoyable for either the dog or the family. Take the time to train your dog, so you do not have to face such a decision in the future.
Gives Them Opportunities
Training your dog will give them opportunities that they would not otherwise have. They could actually go with you to places that without the training they simply could not. Some restaurants and cafes allow the presence of dogs, and if your dog is poorly behaved they will not be one of the lucky ones. Take the time to train your dog right, and you will be glad that you did. Training will help the dog in your home, as well as socially.

Social Media Marketing
I really needed to learn a new way to market my online business. Time to start learning about social media marketing I had my business up and running for a few months and I was not getting the kind of traffic that I wanted. I had put everything into this business so I was really hoping that it would be profitable for me. I asked my online forum friends what they recommended and they told me to look into social media marketing. I decided to give it some research and learned a lot of things that I should do to get into marketing my business via the very popular social media sites.
The first thing I needed to do was figure out where my social media marketing audience would be. I really did not know so I asked my friends what they thought. I also put a survey up on my site to see what kind of response I got. Then, I looked at businesses similar to mine to see where they were most active. I found some really helpful information.
http://videoinformationproducer.com/ There’re two good ways to use YouTube to make your site go viral. The first one is of course using it to make a viral video and put it up so that it can spread.

Why Its Buyer Beware in Pet Care
This past week in Arizona, seventeen dogs were killed at a kennel from heat distress after one dog chewed through dry wall and the electrical cord to the air conditioner. But is this really a freak accident that could not have been prevented as claimed by the business owner? The Dog Gurus, Robin Bennett and Susan Briggs will tell you this type of incident is a known risk. Professional pet care facilities invest in materials designed to safely house dogs and follow pet care safety protocols to avoid these kinds of incidents.
Understanding the environment where you leave your dog is key to safety, but you also must realize that a dogs behavior in an unfamiliar environment may differ from their behavior at home, stated Bennett. Professional pet care providers first ensure the safety of the physical environment, but more importantly train staff to observe dog behavior for signs of stress. Chewing is normally a result of stress and boredom. Extra safety precautions should be available for dogs who are anxious when they are left in a boarding facility.
So how do you recognize a safe environment and professional pet care center? Tour the facility prior to making your reservation and confirm that all areas that house dogs are constructed with dog management and safety in mind. Drywall is not an acceptable material when providing professional pet care. Those facilities that have drywall, which is common in homes, usually use material to safely cover the walls to prevent damage and injury or the dogs are property supervised to prevent chewing incidents. Electrical cords, plants and other items that can be chewed or ingested should not be accessible to dogs when left alone. Most importantly, professional pet care providers understand canine body language and behavior. They monitor all pets for signs of stress and take steps to alleviate the cause of stress so that they can keep your dog safe and healthy.
Bennett and Briggs wrote an article on Identifying Great Pet Care Centers and are in the process of creating a directory of pet care professionals that offer off-leash play services to assist the public in making good pet care choices. It is heartbreaking to hear of tragedies in professional pet care, states Bennett. Briggs added, When this type of situation happens, it is frustrating as we know it could have been prevented if the public understood what to look for in selecting quality pet care. We created our website with that goal in mind. Our directory will include members of The Dog Gurus community that are invested in ongoing education and providing excellence in pet care services they provide.
Before you make a reservation for your dog online, be sure to visit the pet center and see for yourself the environment where your dog will be kept. These types of accidents are avoidable! A home environment may seem like a happier place for your dog, but safety protocols must be your first priority in pet care selection. If you are using a home-based provider, be sure they are following those safety protocols and are a reputable, licensed business. To your dog having a professional that understands their emotions and offers activities they enjoy will make them happy. Members of The Dog Guru community provide safe and fun pet care every day.
